- Use to terminate and ground the armor and to secure the cable where it enters a conduit
- Use with all types of non-jacketed metal clad cable such as interlocked armor, continuous corrugated metal sheath, smooth aluminum sheath and similar types
- Jacket over armor, if any, is removed from that part of the armor to be enclosed in the terminator clamp
- Non-watertight for dry locations
